If you or your kids have prepared homemade treats & brought them to one of our meetups

please send them to me with the recipe & picture and I will add them in this blog section

Whatever You Want To Decorate Them With

In a large bowl, mix the desiccated coconut with the condensed milk.

Add the melted chocolate to the mixture.

Mix using a spatula. Make sure that all the ingredients are well mixed.

If the mixture is too sticky add a little bit more coconut.

Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes,

so that the mixture hardens before you start rolling it into balls.

Roll the coconut mixture into small balls.

Roll each ball in the coating of your choice: coconut, chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles etc.

Place each ball in a small paper cup. Cool the balls in the fridge before serving.
